If I won the lottery, I would open a huge no-kill animal rescue for all variety of animals.

You should also know that I love acrylic pour painting, singing in my car at the top of my lungs (but never in front of anyone), spending time with family and friends, and practicing the fine art of sarcasm.

I love my job because I get to help people. It is very gratifying to explain how a medical plan works or why a claim was paid a certain way, and to help people understand something that seems like another language to them.
